Our Founders

leah hayes

Leah has built a career through helping others succeed. From working with business owners trying to grow their companies, individuals looking for the next step in their career, and nonprofit leaders furthering their mission with limited resources, she has loved serving those making an impact in our world. Feeling too big for her small town in Tennessee she moved north and became a flight attendant to see what the world had to offer before landing her in Nashville. Here she has built a great network and a reputation as a connector in the community. She has served as a board member of The Tomorrow Fund, the Junior Board of YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee, and the Non Board Board.

A Nashville native, Ellen began her career on Wall Street and spent time in Atlanta before returning home to Nashville where she works as a financial advisor. She serves as Treasurer of The Women's Fund, a nonprofit that has made over $1 million in grants supporting women and girls. She has been named one of Nashville's Top 30 Under 30 and winner of the Nashville Emerging Leaders Award. She and her husband Brian are proud parents to their son Thomas and puppy Lucy.
