Leah Glover Hayes has a passion for helping women define and find success by pursuing their passion. She is a podcast host, public speaker and panel moderator, and engagement consultant. From working with established women-business owners looking to leave a lasting legacy, ambitious emerging professionals looking for the next step in their career and companies who seek to authentically connect with women in their communities - Leah loves serving those who are striving to make an impact in the world.
She has served on the board of The Tomorrow Fund, the Junior Board of YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee, the Non Board Board, and is a member of ForbesWomen Forum, the Female Founder Collective, and BrainTrust. In 2019, Leah was recognized as a finalist for the Nashville Emerging Leader Award.
Leah also lives out her passion for helping others succeed through her various volunteer and mentoring efforts with
Corner to Corner Academy, JCHS Future Business Leaders of America, Vanderbilt University's Women in Business, is an Activator of SheEO, and mentors individual girls and women through Her Story of Success.
Leah has spent her career building a network of like-minded women who are just as passionate about paying-it-forward and empowering the next generation of leaders and business owners. She began looking for ways to connect these women to one another, launching the Her Story of Success podcast as a platform for women trailblazers and thought-leaders to share insights. Soon after launching the podcast, Leah began receiving overwhelming feedback to the positive impact these interviews were having on the lives of her listeners. She knew her dreams had even bigger potential and decided to expand the brand and multiply the reach of Her Story of Success. It was then that she asked Melissa to join the company, bringing over a decade of business strategy, finance, and operations experience to Leah’s vision and tenacity - Their superpowers complementing one another.

Melissa N. Aldridge is a Corporate Strategy Director for Unum Group and the Strategy & Finance partner for Her Story of Success. Melissa serves the community in the entrepreneurship and venture capital sphere as an investment committee member of the Launch Tennessee Innovation Capital Continuum Fund and coaching entrepreneurs as they grow their companies. Recently relocated to Chattanooga, Tennessee, Melissa is excited to explore her new community with her son, Myles.

Claire is a full-time freelance podcast producer and sound designer bringing a better sound to the podcast industry. Since earning her degree from Belmont University, Claire has been working with individuals and brands to help create and launch their podcasts. Her work is featured in FiveThirtyEight, Annie Downs’s That Sounds Fun and more. She is passionate about bringing audio stories to life and empowering the next generation of womxn to pursue a life in audio.

Bronte Lebo is a copywriter, journalist and digital content producer with a passion for storytelling. She’s also an experienced photographer, event producer, and email and social media marketer. Bronte graduated from Belmont University with a degree in journalism and political science, and her work has been featured in outlets including the Nashville Scene and the Nashville Post, and on podcasts for companies such as Her Story of Success, Launch Tennessee and more.

Kylie is a communications specialist working to craft digital media that shares the mission of HSS and the women it supports. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in journalism in December 2019, and has worked with various organizations in Knoxville and Nashville. Her work has been featured by organizations such as The Knoxville News Sentinel, the Daily Beacon and Wild Hearted Blog. In her spare time, Kylie enjoys spending time outdoors and capturing it through photography.

She’s passionate about telling people’s stories visually, especially the ones with an impactful mission, like Her Story of Success’.
